Insurance and Billing
We are a fee for service dental provider. We will submit to all insurance programs but our office is considered an out of network provider.
Any cost of treatment not covered by your insurance plan is your responsibility.
We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check, and credit card. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Parking
Parking is available
behind the building (the east side of the building) when approaching
from the corner of Curtiss and Washington. Green signs on the
building indicate customer parking-this is parking for our patients. There is also street parking available on Curtiss Ave. east of
Washington St. and all along Washington St.
